Whole smoked tukey, cut into 6 parts.
3 parts - 1-2 T Williams Sonoma Herbs de Provence + garlic, oil, S & P
3 parts - commerical BBQ dry rub, garlic, oil. Mix in same bowl after above, added a little extra leftover herbs.
Smoked 60-70 minutes. 160+ in joints and most of breast, which reached temp while resting.
